Collection Associate: Ideal candidate must possess a track record of 1-5 years of 3rd party collection experience in bank card, retail or medical collections. Must be able to skip trace effectively utilizing various “skip trace” systems including basic knowledge of credit bureau reports. Must be able to maintain a daily call volume of 125 phone calls.

Loss Recovery Specialist: Ideal candidate must provide proof of a proven track record of 5-plus year of collections experience in bank card, retail, auto deficiency or legal collections. Must possess an excellent knowledge of skip tracing pretexts and trap lines, familiar with Lexis Nexis, 411.com, zillow.com and other skip trace systems. Must have a thorough understanding of evaluating a credit bureau profile. Must possess an above average work ethic and able to exceed monthly production goals. Supervisory or Team Lead experience is a plus.

Medical Collection Specialist: Ideal candidate must have 3-5 years experience in Medical Collections, HIPAA trained or certified. Knowledge of how to review and edit HCPCS and CPT billing and coding. Must have knowledge and able to adjudicate different bill types (i.e. UB-92, HCFA 1500). Able to complete medical deferrals and unresolved claims and insurance follow-up.

Quality Control Manager: Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years collections experience and extensive knowledge of FDCPA and related laws to include HIPAA. Job requires heavy phone monitoring and assessment. Must have excellent writing skills and knowledge of Word and Excel spreadsheet. Able to create and implement reports and programs for quality assurance.

Dialer Manager: Ideal candidate must be a dynamic and proactive person to manage the dialer using dialer optimization models to obtain the best results. The role will be to manage the dialer system parameters and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Developing and maintaining internal control, setting benchmarks and giving feedback to the unit leaders on specific areas of improvement in order to achieve the set benchmarks through the timely and efficient collection of debt while maintaining adequate level of service and quality. The job would involve ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations of the both the company and the FDCPA. The candidate will have a deep understanding of Collections and its various processes especially tele-calling and external agency management in addition to at least 1-2 years of predictive dialer management experience. The ability to make excellent decisions under pressure is a must. If you are good at planning, organization and time management with proven motivational skills, have a strong commitment to teamwork, and are fully computer literate (competent user of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Lotus Notes) you are encouraged to apply.
