Our Collection Associates must complete an intensive and interactive 10- day training program, 5-days class room work and 5-days incubation (live collections) where their performance is continually monitored and evaluated.

• Federal and State Laws ( Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Truth in Lending Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Gramm Leach Bliley Act, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
• Information Security Awareness Training
• Collections 101 & 102
• Credit Bureau Profiling
• Collection Systems
• Skip Tracing
• Phone Systems

Upon completion of each module all collection associates are tested in each of the above disciplines and are expected to make a passing grade to ensure continuation of their employment.
